My initial order was damaged in transit. MasterSpa worked with me to replace the order in a timely manner.

Heard from local spa dealer that there are no local Master service agents. Possibly 1 for the entire NW area. Was not told that at purchase. Promised chemicals by cover delivery person but not received. 1st cover delivered had a hole in it.Rep. rescheduled twice to bring new cover. Overall feels a little 'sell and good luck'.
