Shipping & Delivery

We strive to provide fast and efficient shipping for all orders. Most stock part orders placed by 3 PM EST will ship the same day. Parts that ship directly from Master Spas or other manufacturers may take 7-12 business days to arrive. Please note that all electronic parts are final sale.

Expedited shipping orders will not be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Orders with expedited shipping must be received prior to 1:00 PM EST to guarantee the expedited time frame.

Note: Free shipping is only available for orders shipped within the continental United States, over $99 USD.

Hot Tub & Swim Spa Covers

Please note that all hot tub and swim spa covers are non-returnable due to the custom nature of these products. We strongly advise customers to carefully inspect their cover upon delivery.

Important: Inspect for Damage

  • Upon receiving your cover, thoroughly inspect it for any visible damage before signing for the delivery.
  • If you notice any damage to the packaging or product, do not accept the delivery. Refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
  • Once the cover is accepted and signed for, we cannot process claims for damage, and the product will be considered non-returnable.

If you refuse a shipment for any reason other than damage, you will be responsible for returning the package to us.

We are committed to providing high-quality covers and want to ensure your satisfaction. If you have any concerns about your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Note: MSPO does not ship Hot Tub & Swim Spa covers internationally. Hot Tub & Swim Spa covers ONLY ships within the Continental U.S.


International Shipments

Free shipping and $9.99 economy shipping offers do not apply to destinations outside the contiguous United States. Customers are responsible for additional duties, taxes, and customs charges for international shipments. These fees are not included in the postage or order total.


Returns

We accept returns for unused parts within 30 days of receipt. However, electronics and all spa covers are non-returnable. Returned parts must be in their original packaging and in salable condition. Once we inspect the returned items and confirm that these conditions are met, you will receive a store credit that does not expire.

Please Note: We cannot issue credit for opened or wet filters. Please do not send back opened and/or wet filters.


Restocking Policy

Choosing the right replacement part can be tricky. To help you avoid restocking fees, we encourage you to call or email us before placing your order to ensure accuracy. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs on parts returned due to incorrect ordering. In some cases, a 20% restocking fee may apply if the proper ordering process is not followed.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Be sure to include your name and RMA# on or inside the return package.
