Spa Therapy Pumps (EXCLUDES CIRC PUMPS)

Warranty Period: 1 Year
Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
Exclusions: Damage due to improper installation, misuse, or chemical damage is not covered.

Spa Circulation Pumps

Warranty Period: 90 Days
Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
Exclusions: Damage due to improper installation, misuse, or chemical damage is not covered.

Filters

Warranty Period: 90 Days
Coverage: Warranty applies to manufacturing defects only. Filters should be maintained according to instructions for eligibility.
Exclusions: Worn-out filters or damage due to improper cleaning are not covered.
Claim Process: Please provide proof of purchase and product images for inspection.

Heaters (Full Heater Assembly only)

Warranty Period: 1 Year
Coverage: Covers defects under normal operating conditions.
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover heater failure due to water chemistry issues. 
Claim Process: Provide photos of the heater, your purchase receipt, and any details about the defect.

Lighting and Electrical Components

Warranty Period: 1 Year 
Coverage: Covers malfunctions due to manufacturer defects only.
Exclusions: Electrical component issues from improper wiring or installation are not covered.
Claim Process: Reach out to our team with the original purchase details and a description of the problem.

Jets and Valves

Warranty Period: 90 Days
Coverage: Applies to defective materials or workmanship only.
Exclusions: Damage due to wear and tear, chemical exposure, or misuse.
Claim Process: Include details of the defect, purchase info, and photos.

Control Panels and Keypads

Warranty Period: 1 Year
Coverage: Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions: Installation errors.

Control Packs

Warranty Period: 1 Year
Coverage: Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Period: 1 Year
Coverage: Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions: Installation errors.

Hot Tub/Swim Spa Covers

Warranty Period: 5 Years
Coverage: Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
Exclusions: Damage caused to handle areas. Damage caused by chemical imbalance.
