Heard from local spa dealer that there are no local Master service agents. Possibly 1 for the entire NW area. Was not told that at purchase. Promised chemicals by cover delivery person but not received. 1st cover delivered had a hole in it.Rep. rescheduled twice to bring new cover. Overall feels a little 'sell and good luck'.

I had the service guy come out to check out my hot tub. Paid for the service with my credit card and for some reason the charge didn't go through when I called for service in the future. They had an attitude that I didn't pay my bill. I apologized for the inconvenience and the fact that I did not know that charge did not go through. The service guy came out for the second visit and was very nice and took care of the problem. Guess it just kind of rubbed me the wrong way, that they thought I was trying to pull one over on him.???? Good parts and good service that's all that matters in the long run!!
