I had the service guy come out to check out my hot tub. Paid for the service with my credit card and for some reason the charge didn't go through when I called for service in the future. They had an attitude that I didn't pay my bill. I apologized for the inconvenience and the fact that I did not know that charge did not go through. The service guy came out for the second visit and was very nice and took care of the problem. Guess it just kind of rubbed me the wrong way, that they thought I was trying to pull one over on him.???? Good parts and good service that's all that matters in the long run!!

Love that I was able to get these replacement parts. Five years is a long time for these to have been submerged in water and chlorine and everything else that it endured. These headrest and this filter lid look amazing and make the tub look new again. Delivery was fast and that's what I was looking for.

Master Spa had parts that I needed to replace on my 6 year old hot tub. They had both parts in stock and prices very reasonable. Free Delivery was made within a couple of days and all parts were exact and I had no issues replacing the old worn parts.I also saw some chemicals and test strips that were priced lower than my local pool / spa chemical retailer and added those to my order.
