I emailed customer service with a couple of questions and the replacement parts info was provided. I also asked what year and model my spa was, as I provided my serial #, but that question was not answered.

It was time to replace the Pur filter in our hot tub. The website was easy to use and I found just what we needed quickly. Check out was a breeze and delivery was within a few days.

The part for our hot tub cover fit perfectly. The hinge and support rod had bent and we couldn't open or close the top over the hot tub. Parts were shipped quickly and arrived earlier than expected.

In checking online for a top side control panel replacement I found that the one for my Master Spa was not available so I contacted their customer service who gave me a different part number to order that worked. I placed the order and it was delivered promptly. The only thing was the decal cover did not come with the unit so that was a surprise. Thank you!
