Steps to Find Your Serial Number:

Check Inside the Cabinet
- Located behind the front cabinet panel (where the equipment is located), a plate with the serial number, model number, and electrical information will be mounted near the control or components. You will need to remove the skirting panel to access this plate.

Inspect the Electrical Control Box
- Inside the equipment bay, locate the spa’s electrical control box.
- The serial number is often printed on a label attached to the top of the control box.

Look in the Warranty Card or Owner’s Manual
- If you have the original paperwork for your hot tub, the serial number may be printed on the warranty card or in the owner's manual.

Front Cabinet (Exterior of Spa)
- In some models, the serial number may written on a metal plate mounted on the outside of the cabinet.

Water Level Label
- This label is placed on the inner shell of the product to help show appropriate water filling levels, typically placed near where the filter(s) are located.
What Does the Serial Number Look Like?
The serial number will typically be a combination of letters and numbers. Keep this information handy, as it will be needed for identifying parts or warranty claims.

How to determine the year of your model:
- The first two digits of your serial number on models 2010 and later is your production year.
- Example: 1206559 is a 2012 model
- 2009 and earlier the first digit after the M is your year.
- Example: M202321 is a 2002 model

- Your topside control overlay should state the make of your hot tub
